These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from Nowé Spirits via www.nowespirits.co.uk.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
We trade as Nowé Spirits, selling small-batch alcoholic beverages and related products within the UK.

2. Age verification
You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We may carry out age-verification checks and our delivery partners may request ID.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we cannot verify age or suspect the order is being placed on behalf of someone under 18.
3. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only (unless stated otherwise on the site).
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or addresses where we cannot ensure age-verified delivery.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy products from us.
A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We may reject or cancel an order (with a refund) if:
products are out of stock
we suspect fraud or misuse
we cannot verify your age
there is an error in pricing or product information.
5. Prices & VAT
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider(s) (e.g. Stripe).
We do not store your full card details.
Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared.
7. Delivery
Delivery is described in more detail in our Delivery & Shipping Policy, but in summary:
We typically send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent 2–3 working day service.
A signature from an adult aged 18+ is required.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur, especially at busy times of year.
Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered and signed for at the delivery address.
8. Breakages, errors & non-delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us at ryanjames@nowespirits.co.uk within 48 hours if:
Items arrive damaged or broken
You receive the wrong items
Your parcel appears to be missing items
We may request photos of the packaging, labels and bottles in order to investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Returns & cancellations (online consumers)
Your rights are explained fully in our Returns & Refunds Policy, but in summary:
If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind for unopened, resaleable goods.
We cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products that are not in their original condition unless there is a quality or safety issue.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless we delivered the wrong item or the product is faulty.
10. Use of our products
Our products contain alcohol and are intended only for responsible adult consumption.
We are not liable for:
Misuse of our products
Any damage or injury resulting from consumption over recommended guidelines
Failure to comply with local laws or regulations regarding alcohol.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, opportunity or data).
Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the total amount paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
