1. Delivery methods
We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked, signed-for service for most orders.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
At busier times (Christmas, bank holidays, strikes, etc.) delivery may take longer.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Charges may vary based on parcel size, weight and destination within the UK.
Occasionally we may offer free or reduced-rate delivery promotions.
3. Age verification on delivery
Because we sell alcoholic products:
A signature from an adult aged 18 or over is required on delivery.
Our delivery partners may ask for ID (such as driving licence or passport).
If no suitable adult is available to sign, the courier may:
attempt re-delivery, or
leave a card with collection instructions.
We are not responsible for delays caused when an adult is not available to accept delivery.
4. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will let you know and refund your order.
5. Despatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of payment.
If there is a delay (for example, due to stock or production schedules), we will contact you by email.
6. Damaged or missing parcels
If your order:
arrives damaged, or
appears to be missing items, or
does not arrive within a reasonable time,
please contact us at ryanjames@nowespirits.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or 7 working days of expected delivery (for missing parcels).
We may:
ask for photographs of any damage
investigate with the courier
arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nowé Spirits. This policy explains when you can return products and how refunds work.
1. Change of mind (consumer online orders)
If you are a consumer buying online, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You may cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.
This applies only to unopened bottles and products in their original, resaleable condition.
We cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless there is a quality issue or fault.
If you wish to cancel:
Email us at ryanjames@nowespirits.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details.
We will confirm the return address and any instructions.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the product price (and standard outbound delivery cost where required by law) within 14 days.
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If:
your order arrives damaged or leaking
you receive the wrong product
there is a quality issue with the contents
please email ryanjames@nowespirits.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for:
order number
photos of the packaging and product
description of the issue
Where the goods are confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will offer:
a replacement, or
a refund (including reasonable return postage where applicable)
3. Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened bottles (unless faulty/contaminated)
Products not stored appropriately (e.g. extreme heat or freezing)
Products damaged due to misuse or accident after delivery
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or of confirming a refund where return is not required).
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
