What We Offer

We offer a fully end-to-end bespoke spirits service, tailored to venues, organisations, and individuals who want something genuinely unique.

Our Process

Your Idea

Every bespoke project begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, your audience, and the style of spirit you want to create. If you already have a recipe or flavour profile in mind, we’ll refine and develop it together. If you don’t, we’ll design a recipe for you from scratch.

Brand, Bottle & Presentation

Next, we align the look and feel of the product so it matches the story behind it.
This includes bottle style, label direction, and any branding/graphic work needed. If you want photography for launch and promotion, we can plan that here too.

Recipe Development & Sampling

We develop the recipe, run test batches, and send you samples to review.
You can give feedback and we’ll tweak until it’s exactly right (flavour, balance, mouthfeel, and finish) before anything goes into full production.

Production, Bottling & Delivery

Once approved, we move into full production: distilling, bottling, labelling, and final checks.
We’ll also confirm quantities, timelines, and delivery/collection. If you need licensing/sales support, we’ll agree the simplest route and handle the admin side so you can focus on promoting and enjoying the finished spirit.

Past Projects

Belstead Gin - Rector’s Cut

St Mary’s Church was in need of restoration work, particularly for its lighting and general upkeep, supported through its Fabric Fund. Rather than taking a traditional fundraising route, we began discussing whether it would be possible to create something unique – a product that could both celebrate the church and help fund its future.

That’s where Belstead Gin was born.

Belstead Gin is more than just a bespoke spirit. Every bottle sold contributes directly to the Fabric Fund at St Mary’s Church, helping to fund restoration work.

Already, proceeds from the gin have been used to repair and replace the church’s lighting, improving both its usability and long-term preservation. It has also become something of a local talking point around Ipswich – a product that blends history, community and craft into a single bottle.
